SO HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…
Our tours operate on a first-come, first-serve basis (sorry, we don’t allow people to sign up for tours in advance). Tour groups cannot exceed 25 people, so if we’ve already filled a tour group, we’ll take down your name and assign you to the next tour that day. Don’t worry, we’ll save you a spot, so feel free to leave and come back!
Times – Saturdays at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 p.m. (with the exception of major holidays and severe weather). WE NO LONGER OFFER FRIDAY TOURS OR SATURDAY TOURS AT NOON.
Tour Length – Tours are approximately one hour long.
Group Sizes – Groups are limited to 25 people. Participants must be at least 21 years old and provide identification.
Cost – Tours cost $10 (including tax), for which participants receive a Foolproof glass, overview of the brewing process, tour of the brewery, and three beer samples. You are invited to purchase merchandise after the tour is complete.
DIRECTIONS
All right, we’re going to be up front and honest—getting to our brewery can be confusing. If you plan to visit our brewery (and we hope you do!), please look at the directions below rather than relying on your GPS.
Route 95, heading north – Take Exit 25B for Smithfield Ave/RI-126. Keep right at the fork and merge onto Smithfield. Cross over Route 95 and then turn right at the second stoplight to stay on Smithfield/RI-126. Keep right at the fork and drive on Smithfield/RI-126 for about a mile and turn right at the first stoplight onto Mineral Spring Ave. Take your second right onto San Antonio Way and then turn right onto Grotto Ave. Drive to the top of the hill, and Foolproof is located in the first building on your right.
Route 95, heading south – Take Exit 25 for Smithfield Ave/RI-126. Turn right onto Smithfield coming off the exit and then turn right at the stoplight to stay on Smithfield/RI-126. Keep right at the fork and drive on Smithfield/RI-126 for about a mile and turn right at the first stoplight onto Mineral Spring Ave. Take your second right onto San Antonio Way and then turn right onto Grotto Ave. Drive to the top of the hill, and Foolproof is located in the first building on your right.
Route 146, heading north – Take the exit for Mineral Spring Ave/RI-15E and turn right onto Mineral Spring Ave. Drive about a mile and turn right onto San Antonio Way. Turn right onto Grotto Ave and drive to the top of the hill. Foolproof is located in the first building on your right.
Route 146, heading south - Take the exit for Mineral Spring Ave/RI-15E and turn left onto Mineral Spring Ave. Drive about a mile and turn right onto San Antonio Way. Turn right onto Grotto Ave and drive to the top of the hill. Foolproof is located in the first building on your right.
